Despite the fact that all Trial and Error products are produced in small batches to avoid issues with mass production, we are nevertheless pleased to accept returns for store credit or exchanges if you picked the wrong size. Our exchange and return policies are both 14 days after the order is delivered, and all returned items for store credit or exchange must be unworn and in the original packaging.

Please specify if you wish to get a store credit or an exchange for a different size. You will receive our postal address in the confirmation email that is delivered in response to your return inquiry.

In addition, the customer is in charge of any return expenses. For the sake of insurance on the parts of both the buyer and the company, we advise using a shipping method with a tracking option.
